However, if you need to know the availability of the rooms (for example, if you are coming in within 48hours and need to know the availability, we suggest you use our Real-Time Confirmation option to choose your hotel. You will be able to find out and confirm your booking instantly.

Our other options usually takes a few hours to 48 hours for confirmation since we need confirmation from the hotel itself before we can confirm it to you. But note that prices for our Pre-Payment and our Assisted by Consultants options are generally cheaper than the real-time option due to the discounted rates we enjoy from hotels (as we have direct contracts with them).


Q2. Are all your prices NETT? What about the taxes?
A2. If you are using our Pre-Payment option, all prices are nett (which means you do not pay anything extra.

However, if you use our Real-Time Confirmation and Assisted by Consultants options, the information will be clearly stated on the information page.


Q3. What currency are your prices quoted in? We noticed that it is far cheaper than many sites around the world, if not the cheapest around!
A3. All prices stated on our site are in Singapore Dollars, unless otherwise stated.


Q4. How long do you need to confirm our booking (not Real Time Option)?
A4. Usually within a few hours, longest 48hours (2 working days).


Q5. How do we make changes to our reservation?
A5. Just send us an email with your booking details and we will assist you from there.


Q6. We know your prices are amongst the lowest, but can we get further discounts?
A6. Generally, due to our working partnerships with hotel operators, we are able to offer even further discounts if we have bulk bookings. A general guide would be for about more than 30 room nights(continuous). To see if you qualify for more discounts, just send us an email with your booking requirements and we will assist you from there.
